PPID Kominfo Organizational Structure

Task

  1. Develop and implement Public Information service policies;
  2. Prepare reports on the implementation of Public Information service policies;
  3. Coordinate and consolidate the process of storing, documenting, providing and serving Public Information;
  4. Coordinate and consolidate the collection of Public Information documents from the Implementing PPID and/or Information Services Officers at Public Agencies;
  5. Verify Public Information documents;
  6. Determine public information that can be accessed by the public and is suitable for publication;
  7. Carrying out tests regarding the consequences of Public Information that will be excluded;
  8. Managing, maintaining and updating the Public Information List;
  9. Providing Public Information effectively and efficiently so that it is easily accessible to the public; And
  10. Carry out guidance, supervision, evaluation and monitoring of the implementation of technical Public Information policies carried out by PPID Implementation and/or Information Services Officers.



Authority


  1. Establish Public Information service policies
  2. Establish a report on the implementation of Public Information service policies
  3. Carrying out coordination meetings and work meetings periodically and/or according to needs in implementing Public Information services
  4. Request clarification from the Implementing PPID and/or Information Services Officer in carrying out Public Information services
  5. Determine and decide whether Public Information can be accessed by the public or not based on testing the consequences of the Public Information that will be excluded, with the approval of the PPID Superior
  6. Reject requests for public information by submitting written considerations if the requested public information includes information that is exempt or confidential, with the approval of PPID superiors
  7. Assign the Implementing PPID and/or Information Services Officer to create, manage, maintain, and/or update the Public Information List; And
  8. Determine strategies and methods for coaching, supervision, evaluation and monitoring of the implementation of technical Public Information policies carried out by Implementing PPID and/or Information Services Officers
